About Us

Positive Psychology Coaches was founded by Carol Kauffman, Ph.D., Assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School, where she teaches Positive Psychology. Dr. Kauffman also teaches Coaching Research at the Institute of Life Coach Training, a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Inspired by the training program at Authentic Happiness Coaching, Dr. Kauffman wanted to offer coaches continuing opportunities to connect and learn. Her most recent article, "Positive Psychology: Science at the Heart of Coaching", appears in Evidence Based Coaching, by D. Stober and A. Grant (Ed), Willey Press, New York, 2006.
