  • What is Positive Psychology Coaching like?

    It depends on what your strengths and preferences are. You co-create the optimal experience in partnership with your coach.

    You could have engaging, free-form conversations with a warm, highly-trained coach who helps you discover your best self and learn to put your strengths into action! Together you and your coach would explore what you do right, and help build that into your life, career and connections. The two of you would help you access more pleasant experiences, become more fully involved in activities and help you access your deeper purpose.

    Or, you could work your way systematically through a series of scientifically supported exercises based on your scores on a number of psychological measures of life satisfaction, pathways to happiness, your signature strengths, and numerous other instruments that have empirical and statistical validity and reliability. You could practice these on your own as homework, find a buddy to partner with and meet with a coach on your own, with another, or a small group.

  • Where do I meet my coach?

    Meetings can be held face-to-face, or more commonly over the telephone for one half hour or an hour.
